Terms of Service

Welcome to PAT for TradingView — Professional Activity Tracker (“PAT for TradingView”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PAT for TradingView, your PAT account at account.marketmakermethod.com (your “PAT account”), and related educational materials provided by MJC Training Limited.

By purchasing, accessing, or using PAT for TradingView, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

PAT for TradingView

PAT for TradingView is provided as an invite-only indicator on TradingView. TradingView hosts and displays the indicator; your use of TradingView itself is subject to TradingView’s own terms. Your PAT subscription, billing and indicator access are administered through your PAT account. To receive access, you need a TradingView account (a free TradingView account is sufficient) and must submit your exact TradingView username through your PAT account.

Access is granted manually to the TradingView username you submit, after your payment has been confirmed. It is not granted instantly at the time of purchase, and we will notify you once access has been activated. Please make sure the username you submit is correct; if it needs correcting, contact support.

Indicator access is granted and removed manually by our authorised administrators. It is not switched on or off automatically by our billing system.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PAT for TradingView, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • You have read and understood our Privacy Policy, GDPR Compliance Policy, and Risk Warning
  • You accept full responsibility for your trading decisions

License to Use

Upon payment, MJC Training Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PAT for TradingView for your personal trading and educational purposes.

This license is valid for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing. You may use PAT for TradingView only through your own PAT account and the TradingView account whose username you submitted.

Subscription & Payment Terms

PAT for TradingView is offered to new customers as a monthly subscription at US$76 per month, with no free trial. Existing subscriptions continue to be billed at the amount shown in your billing account. Other plans, where offered, are priced as shown at checkout. You can manage your billing, payment method and cancellation from your PAT account.

  • Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the renewal date
  • Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processors
  • You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information
  • Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Paid subscription charges are not refundable, except where required by applicable law

Your subscription includes access to PAT for TradingView, all updates to it, and access to our customer support and educational guidance.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:

When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active, and you keep your PAT for TradingView access, until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method
  • Your access ends after the paid period. Because indicator access is removed manually by our administrators, removal may not take effect at the exact moment the paid period ends
  • No pro-rated refunds are provided for partial months or any paid subscription period already charged, except where required by applicable law

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, distribute, or sublicense PAT for TradingView to any third party
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of PAT for TradingView
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use PAT for TradingView for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Share your account credentials or allow others to access your subscription
  • Claim the PAT for TradingView methodology, concepts, or materials as your own
  • Use PAT for TradingView to provide trading signals, advice, or services to others for commercial gain

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your license and subscription without refund.

Intellectual Property

PAT for TradingView, including all associated materials, documentation, educational content, and methodologies, is the intellectual property of MJC Training Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by MJC Training Limited.

Educational Tool — No Financial Advice

PAT for TradingView is an educational tool designed to help you understand market belief structures through the Market Maker Method framework, including Accumulation, Manipulation and Distribution (AMD). It is not:

  • Financial, investment, or trading advice
  • A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument
  • A guarantee of trading profits or success
  • A substitute for your own research, analysis, and risk management

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. MJC Training Limited is not a licensed financial advisor, registered investment advisor, or broker-dealer. Please read our Risk Warning for full details.

Disclaimer of Warranties

PAT for TradingView is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness of data
  • Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation

While we strive to ensure PAT for TradingView functions correctly, we do not warrant that it will be free from bugs, errors, or technical issues. We rely on third-party services (such as TradingView, payment processors and hosting infrastructure) which may experience interruptions beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MJC Training Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Any trading losses or financial damages resulting from use of PAT for TradingView
  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Errors in data feeds, calculations, or technical malfunctions
  • Any reliance on information provided through PAT for TradingView or educational materials

In no event shall MJC Training Limited’s total liability exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

By using PAT for TradingView, you acknowledge that trading financial markets carries inherent risk and that you accept full responsibility for your trading decisions and outcomes.

Third-Party Services

PAT for TradingView relies on third-party services, including TradingView, which hosts and displays the indicator and supplies the chart data it is displayed on, and our payment and infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party terms of service, availability, or functionality
  • Data feed accuracy, delays, or interruptions
  • Changes to third-party platforms or services, including TradingView, that affect PAT for TradingView

You are responsible for maintaining your own PAT account and TradingView account and complying with these Terms.

Updates & Modifications

We may update, modify, or improve PAT for TradingView at any time. Updates are included in your subscription at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the website. Continued use of PAT for TradingView after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to PAT for TradingView if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • Your payment method fails or is declined
  • You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior
  • You share or resell access to PAT for TradingView

Termination for violation of these Terms will result in forfeiture of access without refund.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PAT for TradingView shall be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiation between you and MJC Training Limited
  • If negotiation fails, binding arbitration or mediation in New Zealand

You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, GDPR Compliance Policy, and Risk Warning, constitute the entire agreement between you and MJC Training Limited regarding PAT for TradingView.
